When you want to transfer your account to a new phone. You can 1, Make sure you know your existing account info: Server, Lord Name, Password. You can access your Lord Name from character property page. Password can be set via help->Preferences->Password: (note: keep this password safe) 2, Use your new phone to launch the game and enter your account located server. Since it's a new device, you'll be lead to a register page, now, press Retrieve button.  Enter your existing account information. Press OK. Your account will be bound to your new phone. Note: If unfortunately you forgot to set your password and lost your phone (what a tragic), send an email to pe@pocket-play.com providing the info: 1 Server Name 2 Lord Name Any private info about: 3 Gems or Tokens 4 Building levels 5 Troops We will reset or send back your password after verifying your ownership. We'll try to retrieve your account, but we have to know your Server Name and Lord Name. So, set your password and remember. :) <-Back |
